On the evening of Thursday 22nd of May 2008, groups and individuals in thirty-seven countries will unite together in a unique common event for the promotion of dialogue and coexistence.
The Euro-Mediterranean Dialogue Night is a unique cultural event held simultaneously across the 37 Euro-Mediterranean partner countries developed by the Anna Lindh Foundation, its Network and partners including Ministries of Culture, the European Commission and COPPEM network of regional and local authorities.
In Alexandria, Egypt, the Dialogue Night will take place in the Citadel of Quait Bey. The programme will be:
18.00: Side activities including an exhibition area of Anna Lindh Fouundation National Network and al-night entertainment corner (Spin Art, String Art, Balloon Twisting, Joggling, Origami and Painting)
Arts and Generation Side Stage
18.00: Puppet Show by Arts & Generation
19.00: Breakdance show by AlesCrew sponsored by The Goethe Institute
19.30: Euro-Mediterranean Oldies Concert by Les Compagons (Mireille Banoub) sponsored by Arts & Generations
