The Niger Delta challenge is one of Nigeria's most documented issues. However, a often overlooked dimension is how the minority status of the region affects the people's access to education.
Development Partnership International with the support of Global Rights Partners for Justice, Washington DC, is organising a special one day seminar on Education for all: Challenges and opportunities in the Niger-delta.
This one day forum will, among other things, seek to address key issues related to how the minority status of the Niger Delta people affect their right to access education and what can be done to improve access to education.
