The name of the conference is "International Chain of Awareness"
The conference will be about Millenium Development Goals of United Nations. The target audience is the students between 14-18. The schools that will attend the conference should apply a project about the following categories:
Gender inequality
Ecological losses
Powerty and Hunger
Child Mortality
Water loss and water issues
Global Warming
Education
The students will present their projects that they have done, and then will create a global action plan together. The official language will be english, so it is crucial that the participants are fluent in English.
It is really a good experience for the students, so I would appreciate if you could pass this information to the teachers in your country.
The teachers/ schools who are interested in the project can contact with ayse yavuz, one of the coordinator teachers in that project.
