The meeting has two primary objectives:
* Promote regional knowledge exchange on success stories and lessons learned from ICT for Development (ICT4D) projects.
* Bring ICT4D project experiences into the identification of regional priorities and formulation of a regional strategy and policy position for the preparation for the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) in Geneva in 2003. |
